Damaged Package

Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within the first 48 hours. Please contact the carrier and request and inform them of the damaged item. They may be able to issue a refund or return the product back to us for an exchange.

To process a return from our TruCare Health Shop, please follow the following steps:

2. Once approved, please send product container, either opened or unopened, with evidence of purchase, and reason of return within 30 days of purchase.
